Santiago de Compostela is getting ready for the arrival of Christmas. From December 22 to January 5, it will also be present at the Área Central shopping center.
The Alameda fills with color

The Nativity Scenes of San Fiz de Solovio

In addition, the church also hosts the nativity scene made by residents of 45 socio-cultural centers throughout the municipality, which includes elements, buildings and mythical personalities of the city.
Estrela Market
The Estrela Market returns with its 12th edition to Compostela. It is a creative fair that values the creators of Galicia and local commerce, showing their creations during this time so you can make unique quality gifts.
From December 15 to 17 will bring together nearly a hundred brands of fashion, illustration, accessories, crafts, design, gastronomy and much more in a festival that serves as a showcase for Galician talent. A race to end the year on a good note
As every year, the famous San Silvestre race will also be held , to which many citizens sign up to say goodbye to the year and start the next one on the right foot. This friendly competition ends in one of the most iconic places in the city: the Plaza do Obradoiro.
The Cavalcade of the Three Kings of the Orient
One of the most awaited events by the little ones is the parade and reception of the Three Wise Men. Their Majesties will walk through the streets of the city to the praza do Obradoiro, greeting the citizens from their floats.
At the end, there will be a reception at the Pazo de Raxoi where the Three Wise Men will be present so that the children can approach them.
