Festigal 2024, the popular music festival in Santiago de Compostela, has announced the artists that will animate the Galician capital on July 24 and 25 during the Apostle’s festivities.
The event is promoted by Galiza Nova and the Galiza Sempre Foundation together with members of the participating bands and seeks to promote Galician music and culture.
This new edition has a varied line-up that includes well-known names from the Galician music scene along with other emerging artists. One of the novelties this year is the change of location of the event, which will be held at the field hockey field of the Campus Vida of the University of Santiago de Compostela.
On the night of July 24, starting at 9:45 pm, Filloas, De Ninghures, Mondra and Rebeliom do Inframundowill perform. On July 25, at 6 pm, it will be the turn of Donicelas, PAVA – Lucia Aldao and DJ Misa. In addition, there will be a full program to highlight artistic and cultural initiatives.
Another of the changes of the Festigal is the expansion of its gastronomic offer located in the area of the Carballeira de San Lourenzo. It will be available from the evening of July 24 through the close of the festival on July 25.
In addition, as in previous editions, the event will have a camping area for those who wish to spend the night in Santiago. Each camper will receive a personalized card after a deposit of four euros, and it will be necessary to register in advance through the form available on the festival website.
