Santiago (é) Tapas, the tapas contest of Compostela, returns one more year to the city with its fifteenth edition from Thursday, February 15 to March 3. On this occasion, there are a total of 41 participating establishments, three more than in the previous edition.

Those interested can try up to a total of 61 different tapas, 29 creative and 32 traditional, so there are varied options for all tastes. They are

Among the possible gifts are lots of local gastronomic products, bottles of wine, stays in hotels and restaurants, tickets for events, season tickets for the Obradoiro CAB or even copies of signed books. You can consult the complete list here.

A change of direction

This is the first time that Santiago (é) Tapas is held during the month of February. The Compostela Hotel and Catering Association led this initiative seeking a change of dates in view of the already consolidated tourist activity in November.

The contest is organized by Turismo de Santiago in coordination with the Asociación Hostelería Compostela, with the support of the Deputación da Coruña, the sponsorship of Estrella Galicia and the collaboration of Cash Record and Café Dromedario, among others.
